Superlight Lithium Sportbike Batteries

August 31, 2010

We’re always trying to save weight on a sportbike. The new Lithium Ferrous batteries available in the aftermarket can save at least 5 lbs in a nano second, whether you’re a street or track rider. Of course SportbikeWrench carries them.

    Hello again from Cyprus.
That’s great, I’m gonna order one for my Ducati 999R 2005 model, but i have some questions in regards to the charging methods and the life of the lithium battery. I mean if I’ll need to change that battery every 2 years then its a lot of money, especially i want to know if i can have it on my optimate charger and stay alive for at least 5 years.

    thanks
