Josh Hayes: Racing Himself And Winning

August 26, 2010

With 4 races remaining in the National Guard American Superbike season, Josh Hayes has realized one of the keys to his success on the Yamaha R1. His narrow 11 point lead over Tommy Hayden suggests the championship will go down to the wire. In the last 11 years only Nicky Hayden on the RC51 has wrested the AMA Superbike crown away from Yoshimura Suzuki. Josh needs to turn that key 4 more times, and turn it hard, if he wants to break the Yosh spell, and we know he wants to…bad. There’s no magic at SportbikeWrench.com, just solid aftermarket parts for your sportbike.
